This service is as the fully managed but with the following benefits:
- Castle Homes will organise and pay for the gas and electric safety inspections
- Castle Homes will pay for the energy performance certificate
- Castle Homes will pay for the labour charges on general household repairs during the tenancy
- Castle Homes will refund 100% of the cost of the rental guarantee and legal expenses
