All types of portfolio Landlords are welcomed at Castle Homes and we would be very glad to discuss our competitive fee structure with you. Landlords who have benefited from our discounted fees in the past initially have come to us through various circumstances:

  1. We have taken over the management of their occupied portfolios in their entirety.
  2. We have taken over the management for Landlords of multiple properties as and when they have become available gradually taking on all of their portfolio over time.
  3. Landlords who have come to us initially owning one property have then bought more properties after advise from ourselves increasing their portfolio.
  4. Landlords have given us empty complexes of properties that they have previously let out themselves or buildings that have been bought and renovated purposely to rent out.
